Yeah, exact same movement & back as a Wells - probably the best use of one of those Benrus' like that is to pop the back and movement off, put in a dead Wells. The movement was made by Texas Instruments, same for the Benrus pop-up. The next version of the Benrus(and identical Helbros...same company which also owned Wells) moved the setting buton to the side at about 5 o'clock position(still TI movement BUT stacked batteries to make room). Then they jumped to National Semiconductor with their 2/4 button/setter pattern. Occasionally you see a "Wells" that was cobbled together by putting the Wells faceplate into the Benrus body with the setter down at 5 o'clock. That is not a legitimate Wells - the men's Wells was only produced with the adjustment on the back.
