electric-watch is a fairly accomplished last minute bidder. I reckon he's in need of a 1 o'clock 3 o'clock module and didn't allow for the misplaced determination of the second highest bidder. Mad bidders are great when you've got snipes on your auctions...

That watch looks like a leisurecraft. It's probably got a tiny hong kong job in it with a lot of plastic filling up the gap in the case.
