Yikes!

It must be a good story for a non-working LCD to attract bids that high. :-?

Its the watch Harrison Ford wore in Blade Runner, even down to the correct three buttons(one extra for stopwatch). In the film it also possibly could have been a Meister Anker branded Microma as I have an identical one here.

I pity the person who buys it unworking.....a fairly hard movement to find with that 3 contact mash-up over at the 2-3 oclock position. AND the button over at 7 oclock. One of the companies put out a virtually identical(case/band) one as an LED... Rotary, Sequentia ? , heck if I remember. .I'd go look for it for a photo but I've got motorcycles to load(one of my other businesses). :x

$3,350

Somebody wanted that really badly unless it was shilled, we'll soon see if it comes back on the market.

$3,350 Holy Crap!

Are these super rare?

I see a cheap plastic looking run of the mill old LCD watch but beauty is in the eyes of the beholder I guess.

From looking at the bidding, I'd guess the real bids stopped at $295, then it was three shills, with a fourth stranger snatching it for the last bid. It really looks like poo-poo to me, considering the number of bids and all. Even $100-200 steps between three bidders and then a sniper takes all? Bahh!

Or maybe I'm just jealous? !@@!

Looks to be in better shape to me, compared to the last Microma auction. Seriously - you should have started the auction at $500 USD.
