If there were only 200 made, then that would greatly reduce the number of working ones available. Very rare, but then again, who wants a Sci Calc on your wrist.

For the record, I can attest that the Blade Runner craze a couple months back on that black/gold Microma model was genuine (not shill bidding). Unloaded my fixer-upper for $1225...

I timed it just right, as lately nicer examples than mine have been selling for much less.

I find non-scentific calculators rather useless, mostly due to their very limited numerical range, I need scientific notation (like 1.2345e-12) as I deal with megas, micros and picos all day.

I guess, but for the scientific Calculator I use the TI 84. But I can see how some can get enamored with a Sci Calc watch.

Can't blame him for going for this one, the Casquette is a super cool watch IMHO.The listing states the watch doesn't work, are the modules difficult to work on, what are the chances of getting it working in comparison to other modules of the era?
