Would any of these bands in this lot be suitable? (two of them look to have very similar band links to the ones that you required).

Or maybe a clasp extender would be of interest as a short term solution?

Hi bucko170,
Thanks very much for the links to those sellers :-)
I do have a clasp extender already, but that is indeed just a temporary solution.

If you post a front and back picture of the link(s) you need, I might be able to match up an original for you.
I have owned this model twice, and I know I have some original links from one somewhere.
Best Reagrds,
Matt

Hi Patrick,
Wow, that took me a minute...I should label these ~:(
There's a link from both sides of the band due to the arrows pointing opposite, and wear mark from the buckle on that one link.

Let me know if these will do ;-)

Hi matt,
First of all, let me thank you very much for looking it up for me.
After inpecting and comparing the 2 links (mine and yours) , it looks like they are different.
The links in your picture look wider (fatter ?) to me , i'm sorry to say that i don't think they will fit :-(
I know that there were 2 types of 0624's , the construction of 1974 watches (and band?) and 1975 watches differ a bit.
I have a 1975 watch, maybe your links could be from a 1974 watch ?
Thanks again. :-)

Yup, mine is from earlier version that had the key/hatch cover for battery vs the coin/hatch cover...Never knew the difference in the bands, but I see what you are talking about when compared.
Best of luck finding what your looking for ;-)

I contacted the seller of the bands on ebay that bucko170 provided the link for, they are willing to sell me the one that looks like a half piece of a 0624 band.
I compared those pictures with my pics too, and i think there is a good chance that these links will fit.
Thanks guys

I wonder if eBay blocked your email address being sent? I know others have reported this has happened to them in the past, you could try sending it in a 'joe blogs at google dot com' type format....or just buy them all and keep some as spares.

Yeah, it was blocked by ebay.
The seller is a good one after all, he sold me the strap for a good price and it's on it's way :-)
Thanks for your efforts guys.

Well, the links are the same but i can't get the pins out of them ,they are very much stuck :-(
I have bought a band pin remover, but that is a device of the worst quality i've ever seen, after 3 or 4 tries it broke.
Bought a better quality all metal one now , and waiting for it to arrive, i hope that will do the trick.
