Looking for a working Optel DSM module

Hello, I'm looking for a working Optel DSM module, since my Avia stopped working without a reason. The module can be without panel, as long as it's working with no missing segments. The module should be the rectangular one of the first generation, (the one with the screw-in crown).
I got two working DSM panels, so it's not a problem if it lacks one, however it should have a metal frame in good conditions, since the one of my module is slightly deformed.
