Casio Casiotron R-17 (X-1R) module

Dear All,

I'm a proud owner of 2 Casio Casiotron R-17 (X-1R), but the modules are not working anymore.
The old Batteries were too long inside :(
Somebody knows if and where to find them (or parts like glass, ...) ?

This is what I know already:
The module was used in S-14 and R-17 and also in a Tissot "Data Recorder"and was produced by NEC(Nippon Electric Company) with Hitachi parts.

Can't help you with the module, but any watchmaker should be able to source a glass, as it's just a plain flat mineral glass in a pretty common size. I've got the one in my Tissot Data Recorder replaced for 15 Euros.
