Bulova Drivers Watch

Post10 Feb 2014, 06:28

I'm looking for a nice Bulova drivers watch that I don't have to pay an arm and a leg for... :-D
My life would never be the same without the soft warm glow of happily shining LEDs!

Bulova Drivers are usually dirt-cheap on ebay. Especially if you can live without box and instruction manual they rarely exceed 200-300 Dollars. Just some patience...

Did they make Bulova driver's watches in stainless? A lot of them look like they have wear through to a coppery metal underneath which would lead one to believe that they are thinly plated (20 micron or so) chrome or nickel over brass or base metal. Anyone know for certain what the construction is?

Cheers,

-abe.

Hi are you looking for a wearer/minter, Box/boxes, Gold/silver (colour) 4/6 segment 1st/2nd/3rd Gen
That's 229,254 or 255 (single battery hatch) Perhaps some photo's of your preferred choices may help. :pics:
Wrist size is also important as I found to my cost. One can spend a lot of time trying to find extra links. ;-) :Prost:

Websters new dictionary: diverant; di-ve-rant, from the Latin: a combination of divergent/different and rant. Adjective although may be used as a verb or adjunctive verb on Sundays. M:)W:)M

Yes I have finally worked it out, the different spelling of the word different is just a very clever way to accentuate the meaning of the word - very clever Nipper, you nearly had us all fooled. ;-)

Diverant, when an item is that different you have to spell the word different differently to emphasis just how different the item is! Brilliant 8-)

Wow the DWF is phantastic! ;-)
