Seeking a Seiko M159 battery hatch

Hey all, I just bought a Seiko M159 and wore it out for the first time - but the battery hatch was not properly secured and I somehow managed to lose it. I'm completely gutted.

Anyone have a spare lying around that I could buy? Even a complete case would be fine in any condition.
