Wittnauer Polara

Post30 Aug 2011, 20:32

I am selling my Wittnauer Polara again, which I´ve recently acquired from the forum member "Holly". It´s in very good condition, however the bracelet is just too long for my wrist and I cannot wear it which is essential for me. I am just not a collector. Moreover it would be a pitty to "destroy" the watch because of wear from daily use. Inner and outer box are included. Picture "2": Scrates are dust...

Price: 265EUR (Paid 275GBP).

The band is easy to shorten...look for the links that have a small screw at one end, instead of a solid pin. Unscrew, then the links can be slide sideways from each other and disconnected....

Obviously unpin at the clasp to make all this easier.

I understand your sentiments exactly, Hanno. I would be afraid to wear such a nice vintage watch in such pristine condition. I'm sure someone will buy it quickly - it's a jem!
