Uranus calc., salesman's model

Post11 Oct 2012, 22:03

Hi guys, I have this Uranus calc that seems to be a salesmen's prototype, as the front buttons are just for show - they don't go through the case. And one side has 2 buttons(at 1 & 5) and a setter at 3, the other side a single button at the 9 position.

No movement in it. Any thoughts on reasonable value? Thanks!

That one is going to be difficult to value, it it helps I recently paid $450 for a none working Uranus calculator watch and fitted it with a Armitron module to at least have a wearable watch with a working time/date display.

Obviously retrofitting it with a working module would increase the value, the 1, 3, 5 button layout would suit some modules, Uranus automatically springs to mind but also the Hoyt message(?).
