Any omega speedmaster lcds for sale? Specifically the 186.0004, working or not? To see a picture check Carusos posting:

These marts are never in Canada and I always miss the Seattle one.

Cheers and enjoy the mart;

Geoff

Not a bad price for that version!

Problem with that one is that it 'looks' like every other LCD of the time. Even though ESA quality and Omega casing. The speedy version is an iconic case style and doesn't have the standard LCD look. Sort of like the Beitling 9105 with the frontier chronograph movement.

I have just restored a 186.0003, both battery tabs rotted, cracked reverse painted crystal, no light and sold as non working. $60 for the watch. Now: refinished case, NOS crystal, transplanted seiko bulb from junked movement and two NOS battery tabs soldered to the movement. Module disassembled and cleaned.

Looks and works as a NOS watch. Still the speedy version is the prettiest!

Thanks for looking Benrus! More pictures of the mart :?:

Wish I was there,

Geoff
