sychronar for sale

Post16 Oct 2008, 18:59

I,m about to sell my sychronar 2100, thought i,d put a post here first.
I bought it as a non worker with all original documents and box and thought i,d get it working.I succesfully opened it and removed the old cells and put a 3 volt power supply and the display lights up great no faulty segments.
I then ordered new cells to put back in, i now do not have the the same enthusiasim to get it back together that i started with, so now i,m selling it as a project. as i said it lights up great so should be a great watch when assembled. the watch by the way is dated 1974.
I,m lookihg for about 220 pounds sterling, bearing in mind it would fetch far more when intack and fully functional.
my email address is unimatrix@manx.net

Pity you didn't finish it Denny, seems as if you where more than 2\3s of the way through the project.

I am not looking to make a purchase myself as my own Synchronar project is still to be completed, but a nice picture or two may be helpful to any interested parties.

As you are probably aware there are quite a few variations - Is it a dot matrix display, does it have the clear red bottom?

Good luck with the sale.

Regards Mick
