help ! (stem set) seth thomas LCD screen gone!

hi all
just went to put batteries in my seth thomas watch
and the screen finally went.it was clouding over/ bleeding etc
for a while but now its totally gone.
any chance anyone out there could help out with a new screen?
i could just about replace myself.just need the part.
would be a great help..

Picture of module would be most helpful. Pull small screw that hold stem into switch, pull stem, dump module out.

Depending on construction, I may be able to help with the screen.....I careful store items like that even if the circuit is dead.

hey hi "retroleds"

ive removed the module once before but was a pain to replace
(i have basic skills in terms of light service of theses watches so warn me if this replacement lcd screen is difficult?..lol)
hopefully you can way up which screen it requires from this module shot.?
i only own two lcds this and another quatzmatic stem set lcd.
and was so pissed when this one went on me.
but hey thats the way it goes.
