got two 28 mm (old amitron modules)

Funny you should mention the Armitron, the module is needed for an unusual Quasar. In fact, I thought" oh I have the guts for this prick" and proceeded to pop the crystal, throw the case in the ultrasonic cleaner, went on and buffed it a bit, polished the crystal and reglued, the whole time thinking it was the standard(smaller) Quasar/Armitron/Saturn module. I certainly set the bar high on cursing last night!

Unfortunately no....the contacts on a Timex are really set an incredibly long distance in. But I did try that just for a look at the fit. I don't want to Frankenstein it...it is really an unusual piece.
