Citizen 9010: from 1973 to 2012

Post12 Oct 2012, 13:55

Ciao amici,
After one month circa i've finished the job with my preistoric 9010.Here the list of my hard work:

1) Cleaned and lubrificated all the contact switch
2) Sized the strap, used "YES" by Arexons to unlock the "damn" pin
3) Change the glass with no original but very similar
4) Clean at my possible all the watch (case and strap)

That's all, here some pics for you

Some watches are made to last only as long as they are fashionable
Some watches, simply are not made to last
Seiko watches are designed to withstand the ravages of both time and fashion
Someday perhaps, all watches will be made this way

You did a great job on this Citizen, watch looks excelent with its new crystal. Congratulations and that it may satisfy thy wrist!
