This Seiko 1977 0439-4009 came to me in a lot of seiko's, casio's and other digitals.
The watch was in very bad shape; many signs of usage, on crystal, bracelet and buckle. Beside that, the movement was switching on and of due to some corrosion/bad contacts.
The fact that this Seiko is one of the rare models with a plexi crystal made me decide to restore it (and off course the fact that i love this model!)
I started with servicing the movement (high quality, beautifull), it worked fine after that. Then the case, sandpapering, polishing etc. Eventually the scratched bracelet, i replaced the buckle with another one as the original was too heavy damaged.
