The Seiko 0674 5000

The past few years I found a lot of non working 0674 5000's
Two weeks ago I purchased my last and I was able to combine movement parts to a quality working movement the 'easy way' (have some soldering 0674 projects ahead)
The 5000 model is more or less equal to the 5009 model (case , movement), apart from its inner bezel and off course its totally Rockin' bracelet!

Thanks Ive been wearing it the past days and im noticing a lot of eyes going down to my wrist. I didn't expect this to be such an eye catcher amongst people who have no idea about this watch

Off course the statement about the 5009 is just an opinion. Nevertheless, I prefer the 5000 over the 5009

This is great model with a sturdy movement and great build quality

Pretty much all 06 series share the same quartz osscilator PCB board . It's just finding one with a good beat and a circuit your prepared to destroy in order to repair another ...!
