Why do you call t a Golden Eye? I have seen this before does it have anything to do with the film? Any G757 module will fit but only a 4020 lcd panel will be correct with that watch. Look at all the G757s on the digitalwatchlibrary and you will see the variations of panel available for each casing number(4000, 4010, 4020 etc.).

The golden background is just the reflector mirror (a separate part from the LCD) and could be swopped over very easily- in the G757 you simply have to pop the two LCD retainer clips off, lift the LCD, reflector and zebra strips out as one piece, lift off the reflector and drop in the new one, re-assemble in reverse order. Takes me about 2 minutes top!
