Seiko A939 - replacing the piezo element

Post01 Dec 2012, 16:50

Hi folks,

I've taken the caseback off my A939 to replace the battery and the piezoelectric element for the alarm somehow broke in two as I did so. I can't seem to find a part number for a replacement (it's not covered in Seiko's own technical guide). Anyway my question is where might I be able to get a replacement and are they self-adhesive - or will I need to purchase some form of adhesive?

Many thanks!
