CITIZEN-8943-083652-GN4

Hello people,

I am excited for i have a few watches on their way to the Netherlands.

Among them is this rare Citizen Dual display Digital/Analog James Bond Seiko Look a Like watch that i found quite nice to look at.
Here is a picture from the e-bay listing i won, ones it arrives i will clean it up a little and maybe post another picture.

Pretty colorful and i just had to have it. :amen:

The reason i collect watches is because it feels like i'm buying time.

The pictured module is an 8947 not an 8943. The case front is correct for an 8947. You'll have to wait and get it before you can see if it has the right case back on it - the 8943 and 8947 case backs are mechanically identical, just the etched numbers are different. If it has the wrong case back on it and it bothered you then you will (eventually) be able to get the right one off a scap 8947 from Ebay for peanuts.

The 8947 is certainly a rarer (and more colourful) watch than the 8943 ;-)

Thanks for the information.
As soon as it arrives i will check the caseback.
Wrong casback does not really bother me but it does make me curious now.
