a perfect watch for my wife.. casio film watch

Post24 Jun 2013, 21:42

My wife isn't an easy one..high fashionable with style..so no icewatch :grin1: , but also no watch of 5000 or more.

so after buying her a few non digital retro's and her first pulsar woman watch, she start giving in to digital watches...pfff at last.
The Phosfor was a good choice from me and a few months back i bought her a casio film watch.
The FS-05 ...she loved the style..the easy reading dial and the digital part. But also the fashionable color and the white band. A few months later, i bought her another casio filmwatch FS-02 and
this time it's really bingo..she adores it. The color, how thin it is..the differend styles to see how late it is and the background el colorlight.

I must admit these are nice gems, underrated!!
So guys, if you want something fashionable and trendy for your wife...get one..you will be amazed.

Casio filmwatch FS-05 between 1989 en 92...can someone verify the date please.

MODE : TIME / CALENDAR / ALARM / DUAL TIME / STOP WATCH / EL LIGHT.
Its thin, with a good alarm and 2 different el-background color light..blue color for the analogue part and green for the digital part.

Casio Filmwatch FS-02 between 1989 en 92...can someone verify the date please.

MODE : TIME / WORLD TIME / DATA BANK with 30 places/ STOP WATCH / EL LIGHT green

the nice thing about this watch is:
A semi mirror face
3 different ways to show time..analogue hands, digital hour with an animated dog running, digital hour + date
Animated databank..names + numbers scrolls over the display
Stopwatch with animated men running
the only thing that i miss is an alarm and it would be a perfect watch.

So lovely..... :grin1: :grin1: :grin1:
Some watches are made to last only as long as they are fashionable
Some watches, simply are not made to last
Seiko watches are designed to withstand the ravages of both time and fashion
Someday perhaps, all watches will be made this way
