My first Casiotron: 38CS-14

Post17 Oct 2013, 18:50

Ciao a tutti....today arrived at my door a new watch....a very special one: my first Casiotron!
My first Casiotron in very good condition, found on ebay some days ago...i love this kind of early Casiotron (this one is from 1976),with a near slim design but very robust.
Lovely dark blue dial with horizontal lines, damn so 70's :O`~ :O`~
It's so cool and ready to my wrist in the next days....
Very basic function: light, chrono 1\100 and calendar....no alarm or chime...so very simple.
Classic early Casiotron setting...oh god!!! :-P :-P

Wow Simone, that one looks even more beautiful then I saw it on eBay! (I assume it was the 100usd bin version) Damn I was hesitating about this one!

Congratulations with your first Casiotron, now you have the virus :-D

Beautifull crystal and lcd panel, case looks great under the angle you pictured it!

Yes simone, these types come as casiotron and just casio, i noticed that too.
The difference i found is the module, the casiotron has the 46 module and the non casiotron has the 81 module, but the displays are the same.
