Citizen 30-3836

Post07 Oct 2016, 16:46

Ok usually i don't wear digi ana watches, not my cup of tea...but this one has a great industrial design that i really love.
Underrated 8950 module with a lot of functions: dual alarm, chime, chrono, timer and light....amazing,isn't it?Yes it is

Used but in very good conditions for its age: December 1981,an early version of this module that back in 80's costs a lot of money ;-)
As others 8950 seen on the web its missed the buzzer contact spring (if someone has one let me know) replaced with a classic coil spring made by myself...double beep on hour signal sounds again now.

Nice! it looks a bit "diveresque" with the hands and the 100m WR

Werker

Take a small thin spring bar and remove the spring, cut to length and insert in hole.

Love the watch by the way, the orange and grey contrast perfectly.
