Help with Casio 20 QR 10 and Timex

I need help... I can't find any manual on the net so maybe someone here can help me. I can't figure out how to set time and date on those 2 watches. They both have only 2 buttons.

Hi...Tricky module 20
Press both buttons simultaneously for 25 secs or more all the display disappear and then you can set the time and date.Anyway take a look at the manual here:
