Polishing the Mega 1000

So my Junghan's Mega 1000 has a few very fine scratches in the metal just from everyday wear. Is there a product I can use to remove these? I want to keep the original look. I don't want it to be more or less shiny or anything like that.

Which version do you have? Brushed or "matte titanium look"?

I'll have to post a picture of it. I guess I don't know the difference. You can't see your reflection in it and it has lines in the metal. Look like texture lines from when the metal was cut. You can't feel them though. I'm thinking it's the matte titanium version

If it has lines it's probably brushed.
Can you tell the model number?

It can be reworked, but I don't know exactly how...
