Seiko Wired

My wife just bought me a Seiko Wired from Japan. Surprisingly Seiko produces also radio-controlled watches which work in Japan, Korea and as far as Hong Kong. I am very happy with it coz now I have a super accurate digital watch!

But it's written in Japanese. I can only read some characters and can barely understand the text.

However, So far I still failed to receive the signal from Japan. According to the user manual, one should be able to receive the signal in Japan, Korea and Hong Kong. Strange!
