Well, I guess I must admit the question wasn't that ripe in my head as I wrote it. I suppose all those things that the manufacturer doesn't tell you about on the web page. Does it look cheap up close? Do the buttons feel solid? Is it easy to read in all light conditions? Is some of the functionality a pain to use? What does the alarm sound like? Is it comfortable to wear? etc

Just about any info of that sort is better than none.

It does not look cheap to me. Their is no antireflective coating so there can be problems in certain lighting situations. The buttons are not soft to push. I do not recall how the alarm sounds, since I have not worn it since I got it a while ago. I think that unless you use the watch a lot, you need the manual.
