They did it right. I'm glad they didn't do a cheap re-issue like Bulova did with the Computron. The P2 deserves a proper remembrance. Pretty neat display technology - kind of an update on the hybrid LCD/LED displays used in the weird Seiko LeVent watches from the 90s.
I wonder if the buttons have the soft magnetic reed switch feel of a real P2?

Ive both steel and gold versions of the Bulova and think they are excellent quality inc the display and a much more affordable price,i think the hamilton is great and hope prices soften , £900 i way to much, although the steel version is prob the best and cheapest one thankfully.
However the HGWC driver remains the only digital that can truly declare the original led dot display,the Hamilton is not quite the same ,if that matters.
Interestingly this is a lcd/oled display and back lit lcds have always been hammered on this forum
