Problems with a Hamilton LED Watch

Hello all. Just got this watch. It does not seam to be working. When I place the battery's in it. It just displays 1 number. A random number in a random position. It will not allow me to change the time or anything. Im thinking it might be the quarts inside. But dont know. Its my first. Any idea's and where could I get parts for it?

From another post. I tried replacing the quarts no effect. Any more ideas?

I tried that. Does anyone know where I might be able to get a crystal for it?
