Unknown battery S23 p-15

Post27 Jun 2014, 11:53

I have just picked up a Rotary dress lcd. When I opened it up it had weird battery I hadn't seen before. The number is S23 p-15, Maker Catalyst RES CORP.

Its 23mm in diameter and has a protruding nipple on one side. Any ideas where I can get one or what I can use as an alternative?

thanks

Adam

Unfortunately the images of the battery are missing. They talk about a little pin protruding from the battery, so I'm guessing it's the same. It seems it's 3V, and you'll have to muck around with a lithium cell and get creative with some conductive strips.

Let us know how you get on.
Rgds.
