Need an alarm/buzzer spring for Seiko A944

Post27 May 2016, 12:32

I came across a reasonably rare Seiko A944 (switching solar/lithium power) watch with non-working alarm.

No problem, I thought, I have several alarm springs lying around.

Unfortunately not one like this. It's thin at both ends and fat in the middle. And one end is shorter than the other.

Does anyone have a spring like this they would be prepared to part with?

Many thanks

Disregard the above; fixed it.
