How to make your own sanding machine! [many pics] update

Post25 Jun 2012, 23:57

Another day, another idea :-D

lets make a cheap low torque sanding machine for sanding watches!

first let's do some shopping : IKEA cheap electronic rechargable screwdriver 10 euro's.

then Brico, gamma, wall mart etc for a bosch sanding extension : 20 euro

then we take the smallest 5 sided bit out of the ikea rack. It's +- 5 mm thick, so we have to drill a whole of 5 mm in the bosch metal screw. Use some oil when you drill.

then we take 2 component glue to be sure that the connection is strong..leave it for one day

let rock and roll now....our low cost, low torque sanding machine :-D

thx all for viewing and start sanding now :-D
