I spotted it on eBay, it was listed as a non-worker with a smashed glass crystal but had the advantage of having the original box and paper work. The seller accepted my offer and I then spent a little more on the repairs.

Lug to lug 45mm, 40mm across, it's a nice size and the case merges nicely with the band so it doesn't look or feel overly big.
