Sometimes it pays to wait... My new Polara.

Post02 Oct 2012, 23:38

I wanted a watch like this for some time, never got lucky. The GP ones are most of the time too scratched up
and sellers ask a fortune. I waited untill this come along and I bid hight at the last second, lucky for me I ended up paying a lot less
than what I thought will be reasonable. I got the watch very fast and this beauty was all mine, finally. Enjoy.

Well, it seems like I'm still don't run out of luck, Yesterday I found a companion
for my watch from Bruce, It had a bad module but I had a spare just for the occasion.
The watch is missing the logo on the glass, I was told that some watches came with out it
from the factory, I don't know if that is thrue but i really don't care since it has a small time sreen to start with.
I think it looks cleaner this way. what can I say this watch makes me happy :-D

That's a nice couple you've got now! :-D I always found the "sad face" Witty Polara quite fascinating, it looks like it came out from a sci-fi movie, resembling one of those futuristic computer screens of the '70s.

You are ritght, I think this one is call the Doctor. (Doctor Who) M:)W:)M Remember the old series from the 80s. Like you said, looks like tha window of a Space ship from an old Sci-Fi movie
or those futuristic computer screens from the 70s.
