I don't think so, not for two boxed Pulsar LED's - it would be a nice bonus if they worked though.

What do we all think the price difference is between these working and not?
Based on a sasm I guessed it at £100 sending the US. ones back to Hanno. :?:

to much time ....means that i always start buying stuff when i have to much time on my hands so i start surfing ebay,
to much money in conjunction with to much time...means catastrophe
to much money..means i buy stuff just for the gamble that i can make a quick buck or just for fun because i have to much money.

M:)W:)M

I think the price difference between working and not working is whatever makes the buyer happy, the prices vary too much to be able to put an exact figure on anything LED, the only watches that gets close to having a 'set' value are the solid gold watches were the current gold price together with the weight provides a calculable value.

However I think the using the cost of the SASM replacement as a guide is good logic! I also work on the basis that a dead watch is no good for telling the time ;-)

I have always wondered what does the acronym 'US' actually stands for, we use it at work for when something is broken beyond repair........Utter Shit? Or maybe it's Latin?

Even my Mrs smiled at that one.
No Mick I think it means unserviceable
That's what I was told by my foreman at Crompton Parkinson.

Ok Guys Quick update...................
KASPER ? Looks as though we were both right !
To much money but...... Not enough time

The P2 has bow tie problems and haven't had chance to investigate any further.
It seems every time I sit at my watch table something gets in my way.
Stops me getting on with the job. :bang: :bang: :bang: (watches normaly LOL)
The P4 has bigger problems I think ? No signs of life and what looks to be leakage
residue between the module and the glass..
Good news is that both watches are in really good condition otherwise..
Seriously though when I get some time I will get around to sorting them out
and I WILL post some photos. (says he) AS my mother said "The road to hell son?
But in the mean time here is my latest catch for you to cast your beadies over.
All12.JPG

Boxes.JPG

The GOOD NEWS ?????
Well I guess I have found the module for my S/S p4 exec cos the band on the gold one looks beyond salvage.
The bad news so far ??
The module in the S/S Omega is missing it's top row of segments.
Could this be an easy fix or is it a job for Hanno Man - :call:
All the others work. :-D
All comments from the great and good on here are very welcome.

The lack of capitals in the original listing, motorbike based ebay id and the uncle rings a little bit of an alarm bell, maybe im just too suspicious.

Thanks Mick I will get around to sorting them I promise. :amen:
Just curious what listing Adam (DWL) is talking about with those connotations .... !@@!
Any chance of some insight on this. Or a listing No.. where does the motorbike come into this :call:
Ps. you don't have a spare p4 band to case screw lying around do you Mick :?:
or anyone else it would really help me out. :Prost:
Not sure yet whether to keep it as a wearer as is.
re-brush it first or sell it. :-?
Or what to do with the S/S TC 2 module.....HEEEEELP
PPS, Mrs is still not happy, but at least she tried some of them on.. Hey is this some kind of break through.... M:)W:)M

Hi, nice pair of watches and extras - no luck in finding one of the bracelet pin/screws - have you tried Ed or Hanno?

I don't have any spares, I could only recommend the usual sources.

What is up with the TC2 module?

Did you get these individually or as a collection?

It's probably a failed segment transistor. You could try replacing it, but it's a bit fiddly if you're not used to this sort of thing.
See here, halfway down the page. It's the yellow transistor to the far right.
