Hi kasper, what people like the most about these watches is the little fish on the crystal , the so called "marlin".
I don't know why exactly, but i too am very attracted by these marlin casio's , they are quality watches (all stainless steel), and no match for the new plastic (chrome coated) casio's that you can buy nowadays.

I have this one on eBay, in poor condition and with no strap, and it has 46 watchers, more watchers than any of my other current items :-?

Curious that the writing on the face is slightly different, On mine the start/stop is on the next line where yours is all in one line :-?

Yes, you are right, very sharp eyes. :-)
I didn't notice that, i thought the layouts were always the same.
I did notice another thing, next to the "mode", "adjust" ,"light", etc. text i see little squares on your watch.
On my watch they are little arrows :-?
