Hi Bruce,

I hope this post finds you. I sent you 2 watches for a potential segment driver repair. My tracking info is showing the package was delivered to you on Sept 3rd. I have reached out via email and private message over the past month and a half. I have not gotten a response from you. I'm not sure if my messages are not going through or what. If you could please get in contact with me that would be great. I've noticed you have been active on the forum so this is my best guess on how to contact you.

Bruce can you please check you private messages and get back to me. This is going on 6 months that I’ve sent my watches and haven’t received them back. I tried calling but your voicemail is full and I never get an answer.
