Desperately seeking Synchronar....

Post20 May 2008, 16:32

I would like to find a solid gold model, second preference would be GF or GP. But, I would also take a Stainless Steel model as well.

Anybody? Even non-working. I am brave enough to attempt a battery replacement. I do surface mount work, and the tools (and the patience I have developed ;) would some what apply.

Thanks!

I have non workers left over from the old(80,s) service department.I don't really like to sell non workers but if that is what you want i have them.It is not known wether they are rejects or simply a module/watch that was traded in for MK IV upgrade. The best shot at repair would be to purchase one(GP) with 2-3 extra non working modules included. This way you will have a better chance to get one going and have parts to do so.In the end you will not have a shock, waterproof Synchronar as intended to be but something to look at.

Just a few hundered bucks more gets you a working Shock, waterproof rebuilt Synchronar.

Wow. Thanks for the responses...I have secured a few.

I can't wait to get them!!

Hmm I do like the idea of a few non working units to work on...I'll PM you to arrange a possible purchase...
