odd items - info please

i managed to find theses two odd items.
first is a ;

1.la general stop watch feature led
bloody huge,looks a bit odd on the wrist.lol

size compare



2.stratos bertone - female watch i think? 25 mm 35 mm
(has no module and a button missing)


any fuller info out there.
