Hughes stainles steel led watch

Hi can early Hughes watches be repaired my wife bought me one new years ago and I only had it for a week and I was chasing out a concrete wall with a Kango and it stopped when I opened it up there were burn marks around the batterys and it has been in a draw eversince.

Can you post a few pictures of the watch and the burn marks I'am sure someone will be able to give advice on your watch once they see the damage.
