In need of a P2 SS watch band.

Post31 Oct 2009, 06:39

I have a Stainless Steel P2 Case that is in need of a watch band, and screw pins to connect the band to the case. 22 links preferred. No magnet needed, but clasp/holder for the magnet would be nice (I need the whole band, Buckle, and magnet holder).

I have a BIG TIME Case with Ok Crystal (small edge chips, and scratches...Should buff up decent), and I think it has all the links on the band. There is NO MODULE. It has case back, and ring (no gasket seal). I can post a picture, or include it in a PM to those with interest.

If someone has what I'm looking for, Please drop me a PM...I would be glad to trade.

On side note:
I am in need of a GF brushed finish P2 watch band with 20 links, buckle, and magnet holder...But I am focusing on the SS P2 Watch band at this time. Maybe I could offer a different trade or option for the GF version P2 Watch Band.

Hey Klippie,
Do you have a not so perfect GF watch band?
I ask because some watch bands that are gold fill don't look so great from tarnish, and they look to have wear-through (But don't). I have cleaned some of these not so nice looking watch bands up nicely just by wiping/cleaning them up with a silver-polish cloth. The clothes are cheap, and can be found at most jewelry stores. The clothes get dingy and dirty very quick, but keep working great again, and again ;-)
On the other hand...If you have any not so great P2/ Date 2 watch bands, or parts to part with...Let me know

Yes, I have one on my P2 but it looks as if its rubbed through on the bracelet and clasp, thats a good tip regarding the jewellers cloth I have one but I've only previously used it for buffing-up I'll have a go hopefully it'll work great...:-D

As for the stainless steel bracelet I'am sure barbie9 on Ebay was selling some a while back send him an email he may have more stock.
