Seiko G757 Horseshoe Surround

Post05 Oct 2010, 14:26

I've just acquired a G757 horseshoe LCD, minus the black plastic horseshoe bezel. It's a bit rough, so the surround certainly doesn't have to be perfect. It should be the one that says 'Sports 100' (the Bond one !), but the Silverwave surround will also do.

Please PM me if you've got one to spare.
Rgds,
Andrew.

I've just spotted exactly what you are after on eBay (link below) although it's a bit expensive for a little bit of plastic.

Seller is also in Australia.

Thanks Bucko.
Yes, it is expensive for a bit of plastic ! Especially since I don't need a perfect one.
I guess time will tell if it's overpriced.......

Andrew.

Hey, if you need the part, you need the part. I recently paid $80 plus shipping for a brand new crystal for an Omega Memeomaster. Otherwise a flawless piece, boxed, german and english original color manuals. Was happy it was only $80+

Well it went for $157 :-(
I had a go at it, but it went beyond my limit......which didn't surprise me.
If anyone's got a half decent one lying around, I'm still keen to get hold of one. Please PM me.

Rgds.
