How Do I Replace A Battery in the Casio WV-59A?

I have to replace a CR1620 battery in my Casio WV-59A digital watch. It is held in place by a retainer. Does anybody know the procedure for removing the retainer and replacing the battery. What tools am I going to need to accomplish this?

...but put the watch on a soft surface instead of on the table to avoid unnecessary scratches. With casios, be carefully that sometimes there is a spring (to connect the alarm) below the backcover, be carefully when removing the backcover in order to not loose the spring.
