Month/DAY NOT Advancing...

Post23 Mar 2011, 01:32

I have a CompuChron LED, not sure what model the watch is, but the Month and day are not working. The day never changes? Does anyone here at the forum know of a fix for this type of issue?

Please message me back if possible. Thank you very much.

If you're lucky the day/month counter is stuck in some indefinite state and will work again after a power cycle (battery removal + insert). But much more likely the chip is defective - and this not repairable.

rewolf,

Thank you very much for your reply! I knew it had to be bad. I bought it for $44.00 on eBay about a year ago.

Thanks again.
