Mr Hanno? Is he a known entity to the forum then as I must admit I'm constantly tempted by his offerings :-)

i think he is the man who sell the replacement modules voor de ledwatches from Aachen Germany. The sasm modules.
It's the same background he is using as in some new pictures on this forum postings from him.

Ah okay, one of the good guys then. He's got a nice looking P3 for sale just now, though it's a hollow strap.

Anyone know ibuyufly09 in Canada? He seems to be THE LED watch man on YT just now, always got a few nice things up. I bought a CompuChron from him which was perfect (for a cheapo CompuChron!). I think his name's Peter.

Ramon/HAnno returned my money on the sale I won. Apparently he doesn't want me peeking at his work. :-(

"ibuyyousigh"? - his methodologies were so often suspect. On the final hill he set up an auction site that was similar to Paypal...bragging it up greatly, but failing to mention he was the one running it. DOUH! - the thought of him accessing the user name and password of a few hundred digital watch fans, and being able to play both sides of every auction. Some guys - forcibly ejected. !@@!

i don't know what i must think of them both.

i'm still looking for a pulsar p3 ..buth none of them have a real nos. They both clean them up nicely but not good enough for me.

but i still have here a gold omega 1 led watch here, and the module looks clean as a wisle..but it won't work. So i need mr Hanno if i ever want to make it work.

i'm from belgium and mr Hanno from Aachen germany..just 300 km apart :-)
i still don't know what i want to do. difficult to make the right choice.

I've only ever had positive dealings with Hanno.
I'm confident most people would consider him very reputable.

Rgds.

I didn't mean to imply any problem with Mr. Hanno - I haven't done actual business with him (yet :-? ), and I have heard absolutely nothing negative, either on here or privately*.. But I was surprised when he cancelled my buy, without a note. I actually wanted the case more than the module, since I have a small amount of great or new glass available. The SASM module is something I would not have ripped apart - I'm just not that interested, it isn't what I am doing. It would have just been another salable part.

* Administrating a group like this, you fall, fairly naturally, into being a central depository of information (sometimes unneeded  ) about people, their habits, life, identities and such. New ebay identities are dutifully "reported" to LED CENTRAL 8-) - for protection of the greater community. And that IS a good thing.

:-? I'm thinking the questions you should ask yourself in these situations, "why does this person want/need to hide who they really are?" And is that a relationship that starts out with you at an unacceptable disadvantage? Sort of like paying a "working watch" price, for one that isn't shown working.

I have being dealing with Hanno over the last few weeks sorting out 3 of my watches and found him to be excellent and if you have any problems he is there sorting it out for you. If you buy a SASM module watch from him he will guarantee the workings for a year.
