To clear some things up... The 1603 is ready and is called SASM52. There´s also a SASM51 available which comes with a different type of display. The manuals aren´t ready, because you are keeping me busy for the next two months. So thanks to all! Next will be the 403 DOW.
I´ve copied ades post...and answer by line..
Lv with options of 1-4 (is this the brightness level of the LEDs?)
No, this displays as LY and stands for leap year. ly=4: means 29th of feb. in this year
0.0 with options of -0.5 to -6.0 and +0.5 to +6.0 (Software Trimmer - is this add or subtract seconds each week or day?)
Per day. Sometimes customers want me to use original quartz crystals, so I need that. I am working on an automatic identification of the uC...
Menu with a sub menu of the following:
D: EU or D: US - change how month and date are displayed
Right. Date can be shown like this: dd:mm or mm:dd
12h or 24hr Nothing to say over here
EN, DE or FR (menu language I assume) No, this is for the DOW: Press button twice to show the date, then hold. DOW can be in English, German or French
+0 or - - These are leading zeros. With +0, your time will show up as 07:00 at 7AM or the date looks like this on march, 1st: 01 03.
In Germany, I would even hand-write a date like this: 01.03.2011, so it annoyed me that these zeros were missing.
Thanks to all of you to be so patient with me. I will write manuals as soon as I have more time, probably during the chrismas holidays.
