Some watches are made to last only as long as they are fashionable
Some watches, simply are not made to last
Seiko watches are designed to withstand the ravages of both time and fashion
Someday perhaps, all watches will be made this way

I had one and sold it. I liked the dual layer LCD, but it couldn't show the time and calendar at the same time or even the current date.

The Casio AX-250 could show the time and calendar at the same time, or the time and date, but not the time, date and calendar all at once.

The Seiko A354 shows both the time and a big calendar, with the current date indicated by the date in the calendar flashing. So for me this is the best calendar watch.

But the Casio Universal Calendar does have a certain style that I liked, and a stopwatch, but not the functionality that is useful on a single mode.
