It's been a while, but this arrived today, I only sized the bracelet and I've set the time, no inside pics yet. You can switch between seconds (shown here) and the day by pushing the crown.

Some watches, simply are not made to last
Seiko watches are designed to withstand the ravages of both time and fashion
Someday perhaps, all watches will be made this way
