You can feel the weight, much more than a stainless watch. And an Orient from the late 60's with "nonscratch" on the dial and a like new looking case with razor sharp lines can't be stainless :)
The construction, a stainless caseback and underside, with a slab tungsten mounted on top and around the case. Rado diamaster/diastar usually tungsten case and sapphire crystal. For instance, the Rado lcd watch pictured above has a spotless crystal and an almost perfect case. Downside, the tungsten is more brittle and can crack like if it was ceramic. Around the settings button of the lcd there are some tiny "nibbles" where the tungsten is very thin. The diastar 1 pictured above has more scratches, probably some mason bought it an dragged it along a brick wall... You can't polish out those scratches. Well you might, but what kind of abrasive do you need?
@sasm, yes those bracelets are very good and comfortable :)
